Allan is the founder and owner of multiple businesses that have generated over 300M in sales. His current portfolio includes Noble Brands, ShelfGenie Franchise System, Outback GutterVac Franchise System, ThunderVac Technologies, 10Xfive, G-O Logistics and Cabinet Components Innovations. His companies lead over 500 team members in over 160 locations throughout the United States and Canada. Under Allan’s leadership as CEO, his teams collectively grew to become Inc. 500, Inc 5000 and Entrepreneur 500 companies. Each company continues to thrive by continuously disrupting their industries with innovative technologies and amazing customer experiences. Allan is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).

Jon Ostenson | CEO and Partner

Jon is the founder and investor in multiple start-ups, including several in the franchise space. Jon is affiliated with the FCC, partnering with 400 high growth franchise brands. Jon co-founded 10Xfive, which served as both a marketing agency, technology developer, and support provider for multiple franchise businesses. Jon previously served as the President of Services for ShelfGenie, a national franchise company. Prior to ShelfGenie, Jon was the Vice President of Sales for Carter’s Inc., responsible for over 350M in annual sales. Jon began his career as a consultant with Accenture PLC, including a six-month stint in India. Jon is the author of “The Franchise Path” and is a frequent contributor to publications such as “The Franchise Journal” and “The Franchise Times”. Jon is a member of the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO).

Christian Pillat | Operating Partner

Christian is a technology, marketing & franchising leader with a track record of leading high-growth start-ups and local businesses. Throughout his career, he has been directly responsible for delivering over 120M in value for shareholders. He is currently the co-CEO of Transitiv, a venture-backed big data startup that focuses on helping franchise brands and auto dealers unify, understand and activate their customer data. Prior to Transitiv, Christian was the founder & CEO of Adfinitely (exit 2018), a Top 5 Franchise Marketing Agency as ranked by Entrepreneur Magazine. Additionally, Christian has been a successful multi-brand, multi-unit franchisee for over 5 years. Prior to entering the franchise industry, Christian was the Founder/CEO of multiple e-commerce companies.
